You are entitled to holiday allowance in the form of an 8 percent vacation bonus of the actual salary. The calculation is based on the number of working days per year, including holidays.

There is a pension scheme that provides for the buildup of pensions for temporary workers aged 21 and older. Distinction is made between temporary workers working in weeks 26 to 78 within the phase system (Basic Pension Scheme) and temporary workers who have already completed the first 78 weeks within the phase system or have entered into a temporary employment contract according to the period and chain system (Plus Pension Scheme).

If you work per week, per four-week period, or per month, Royal DS personnel service must pay the salary at the end of each pay period, respectively at the end of the upcoming week or through bi-weekly payment.

You do not automatically have the right to a travel allowance. Whether you receive a travel allowance depends on the agreements you make with Royal DS personnel service.

You receive a payslip on the first salary payment after employment. Every salary payment where something has changed compared to the previous salary payment.

Your salary is calculated and paid based on a declaration. Each declaration runs from Monday to Sunday. On the declaration, you note the number of hours you worked per day in a week. Only record the hours worked; breaks are generally not paid. Report partially worked hours per quarter: for a quarter, write 0.25; for half an hour, 0.50; and for three-quarters of an hour, 0.75. If you work overtime or irregular shifts, you often receive a surcharge on top of your hourly wage.
